Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who it is shared with, and how to reach us about it. Last updated September 9, 2026.

About this policy

This policy covers the Cashout Kings website and the Cashout Kings iPhone and Android app, and is provided by Sense Tech Distributors, Inc., 10621 Bloomfield St., Unit 6, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Our service is for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you live in California you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking; email contact@thecashoutkings.com and we will answer within 45 days. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and address, including the country you live in; the deals you commit to and the packages you send; and your payout details. The address and phone number exist because carriers require them on a shipping label.

Where your data lives

Our website and app run on Vercel, and your account, profile, balance, submissions, receipt photos and PayPal QR code are stored with Supabase, which provides our database, sign-in and private file storage. Both process data only on our instructions. On your phone, the app keeps your signed-in session in its own storage so you do not have to sign in every time; signing out removes it.

Who we share it with

Blue Ocean Global, our 3PL, receives your name, address and phone number when you ask us for a shipping label. Wise or PayPal receive what is needed to pay you. Resend delivers our transactional email, and Crisp powers support chat on the website. Tracking numbers go to WhereParcel and drop-off receipts to an AI model, both described below. We do not sell your data.

Signing in with Google, Discord or Apple

If you sign in with Google, Discord or Apple instead of a password, that provider sends us your email address, your name and, where you have one, your profile picture, and we use them to create or match your account. We never receive your password for those services and we do not post anything to them. The provider will know that you signed in to Cashout Kings; its own privacy policy covers what it does with that. If you sign in with Apple we also keep the token Apple gives us, so that we can tell Apple to end the connection when you close your account.

Payout details

For Wise payouts we keep the name on the bank account, whether it is a personal or business account, the email Wise should notify, the bank's routing and account numbers, the account type and the address on the account, in a table only our server can read; your profile carries just the name, the email, the account type and, for longer account numbers, the last four digits. Each payout request keeps its own copy of those details as a financial record. PayPal QR codes are stored in private storage and read only when a payout is prepared. Changing either requires a one-time code sent to your email.

Tracking your packages

Every tracking number you give us, or that is printed on a label we buy for you, is registered with WhereParcel, a tracking service that watches the carriers for us and tells us when a package is first scanned, in transit and delivered. WhereParcel receives only the tracking number, the carrier and our internal reference for the package, never your name or address. We use the first scan to lock your price and to keep your package's status current.

Drop-off receipts and AI

When you photograph the receipt a warehouse hands you, the image is uploaded to our private storage and sent to an AI model to read the tracking number, the warehouse ID, the customer ID, the name of the person who took the drop-off, the drop-off time, and the item lines with their quantities. Today that model is Google's Gemini, reached through OpenRouter; we may switch to a similar model and will keep this page current. We send the photograph itself, so anything else visible in the frame goes with it: take the picture of the receipt alone. You can type the receipt in instead, and no photograph leaves your device. We keep the photo, the text the model read from it and the name of the model used as the record of the hand-over, and a person at the warehouse still confirms what arrived before anything is paid. We use these providers under their business API terms, which say they do not train on what we send; we do not use your photos to train anything ourselves.

Push notifications

If you install our app and allow notifications, your phone gives us a push token, a random address for the app on that phone plus whether it is an iPhone or Android. We keep it against your account so we can tell you when a package is scanned or delivered, when money lands in your balance, when a payout is approved, and about service announcements. Those messages travel through Expo's push service and then Apple's or Google's notification services, so the words in the message, for example the amount credited, pass through them. We delete the token when you sign out of that phone, when the phone tells us it is no longer valid, or when your account is closed. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings; nothing in the service, including payouts, depends on them.

Support chat

Support chat on the website is provided by Crisp. When you open it we tell Crisp your email address and your account ID, and we keep a random identity token on your account so your past conversations show up on any device. Crisp stores the messages you send us. The phone app does not include the chat itself; tapping Support in the app opens the website in your browser, where the above applies. You can always email contact@thecashoutkings.com instead.

Retention

We keep your submissions, balance history, payout records and the receipt photos that support them for seven years after the transaction, because tax and financial-record rules require it. Your PayPal QR code is kept until you replace it or close your account; earlier uploads may remain in private storage until your account is closed. Push tokens are removed when you sign out of a phone or when the phone reports them dead. One-time codes and sign-in attempt records are removed once used or expired, and our abuse-prevention log keeps only a scrambled identifier for a short period. Support conversations are kept by Crisp for as long as we use that service.

Closing your account

You can close your account from Account in the app, from Settings on the website, at thecashoutkings.com/delete-account, or by emailing contact@thecashoutkings.com from the address on your account. There is nothing you have to settle first, and the account closes as soon as you ask. Once any balance has been paid out and nothing is still on its way to a warehouse, we delete your profile, address, phone number, payout details, sign-in identities, push tokens and PayPal QR code: straight away when nothing was outstanding, and otherwise within 30 days, because erasing the payout details is the one thing that would stop us paying you what we owe. Records of submissions and payments already made are kept for the period above because the law requires it, but they are no longer linked to a live account.
