From your account

Sign in at thecashoutkings.com, open Settings, then Security, and choose Delete account. In the Cashout Kings app, open the More tab and tap Delete account. Either way you type DELETE, confirm once, and the account closes there and then. Nothing is emailed to you, there is no code to wait for, and there is nothing you have to do first.

Without signing in

If you can no longer sign in, email contact@thecashoutkings.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request came from that address, close the account within seven days and email you once it is done. It goes through exactly the same steps as deleting it yourself, so everything below applies to it too.

What happens when you delete

Deleting always works. There is nothing to empty, settle or wait for first, whatever is in your wallet and whatever you have sent us. The account closes the moment you confirm: you cannot sign in again, drop-off requests that have not started are cancelled, and any units you had committed to a deal are released.

If we owe you nothing and nothing of yours is still on its way to us, your personal details are erased in the same moment and the whole thing is finished.

If we still owe you money, or a package or drop-off of yours has not been credited yet, your record is kept until that has been settled and you have been paid — and then erased, within 30 days. That wait is the only way we can keep paying you: erasing removes the bank account the money goes to, so a balance erased alongside it would be one we had no way to send and nobody to ask about. Your account stays closed throughout, and we will be in touch if we have no payout details for you.

What is deleted

Your name, address and phone number; your payout details, including bank details and any PayPal QR code image; your email address, password and Google, Discord or Apple sign-in; the phones registered for notifications; and every signed-in session. You will not be able to sign in again, and a new sign-up with the same email starts a fresh account. If you signed in with Apple, also remove Cashout Kings in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple, so Apple stops sharing your details with us.

What we keep, and why

Records of the packages you sent, the credits to your balance and the payouts we made, including where each payout was sent, are kept for as long as tax and financial-record rules require. They are no longer linked to an account anyone can use, and we do not use them for anything else. Receipt photos from drop-offs, and what was read from them, are kept with those records as proof of the hand-over, so a name printed on a receipt remains there.
