Pricing and limits

The price locks when the carrier receives and scans your package. Dropping it at an access point does not count. It has to be scanned by the carrier itself.

Yes. The price can move at any point before your package is scanned by the carrier. Requesting a label does not hold it.

If a deal hits its quantity limit, units scanned after that point are paid at a lower rate unless we have told you otherwise. Commit before you buy, and ship promptly.

Sometimes, yes. A capped deal shows a bar on its card for how much of the pool is already committed; once it is full you cannot commit more. Always commit before sending anything.

Shipping and packaging

Every label we issue is insured for $100 at no cost. You can declare a higher value during submission for $1.50 per additional $100, which comes out of your payout.

If you used our label, we file the claim. We will not file for damage caused by poor packaging. When a claim succeeds, the amount is added to your balance.

Brand new only, unless a specific deal says otherwise.

Open a ticket before shipping if you are unsure about minor damage. We would rather tell you in advance than send it back.

You cover return shipping plus a $10 handling fee. Returns take up to 10 business days.

Processing

Usually one business day after it arrives, and up to three when volume is high.

Allow 3 to 5 business days. Discrepancies are reconciled during check-in and we email you the outcome, so there is no need to open a ticket in the meantime.

Payouts

Payouts are processed within 1–3 business days of your request. You get an email when the money is sent.

Open a support ticket and we will trace it.

If the transfer has not arrived, or you entered the wrong routing or account number, allow up to 5 business days for us to resolve it and reprocess the payment.
